In this city, the hotel had easy check-in/out, good wifi, and a great location. The breakfast and dinner were tasty, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel manager was polite and accommodating. it provided excellent value for money.

the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the city center and the beach area, making it convenient for both work and relaxation. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a refreshing shower. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. the breakfast and dinner served were delicious, and I appreciated the 24/7 availability of free tea and coffee.
There were some areas that could be improved.

The breakfast and dinner were good, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and the beach was only a short walk away. The room was cozy and the decorations made it feel festive for the Christmas season.
The staff was not very friendly and seemed uninterested in helping us with anything. The room was not as clean as we expected and we noticed a strong odor coming from the bathroom.

the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with the beach area just a short walk away. the hotel also offered free 24/7 coffee and tea which was a welcomed perk after a long day of sightseeing.
the cleaning service could have been improved as some of the towels were old and torn, and the room could have been better maintained.
